Information

Editorial Policy

ADR Journal publishes structured coverage of arbitration, mediation, and related dispute-resolution developments.

Originality and attribution

Articles are based on source discovery, editorial filtering, clustering of related reports, and added context for ADR readers.

Source links are shown on article pages so readers can inspect original reporting, court materials, institutional updates, or public statements.

ADR Journal does not intentionally republish full articles from other publishers or present lightly rewritten copies as original reporting.

Headlines and dates

Headlines should accurately describe the article and avoid misleading framing, keyword stuffing, or excessive punctuation.

The original publication date remains stable. When an article is materially revised, the updated date is labelled separately.
